Zoom Communications reported first-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue of $1.24 billion, up 5.5% from $1.17 billion a year ago, with Enterprise customers contributing 61.0% of revenue and Americas billing 72.1%. Gross profit rose to $964.7 million on a 78% gross margin as cost of revenue fell to $274.3 million. Operating income increased to $310.5 million from $241.6 million, while net income surged 67% to $425.7 million, aided by $152.3 million in net gains on strategic investments versus a $13.6 million loss prior year. Diluted EPS reached $1.42 versus $0.81. Free cash flow was $500.5 million and operating cash flow $521.6 million; cash and equivalents ended at $890.9 million with $6.83 billion in marketable securities. Enterprise net dollar expansion rate was 99% and customers above $100K trailing-12-month revenue grew to 4,534 from 4,192.
