MINISO Group reported September-quarter 2025 revenue of RMB5.80 billion (US$814.3 million), up 28.2% year over year and above its prior 25%-28% guidance range, marking the first quarter above RMB5 billion. Profit for the period was RMB443.2 million versus RMB648.3 million a year ago; adjusted net profit rose 11.7% to RMB766.8 million with adjusted net margin of 13.2%. Basic and diluted EPS per ADS were RMB1.44; adjusted EPS per ADS was RMB2.48 (+12.7%). Gross profit grew 27.6% to RMB2.59 billion at a 44.7% margin. Operating profit was RMB846.6 million and adjusted operating profit RMB1.02 billion (+14.8%). The global store count reached 8,138 (+718 net new stores), including 4,407 MINISO stores in mainland China. Group same-store GMV grew mid-single digits; TOP TOY brand revenue surged 111.4% to RMB574.5 million. Adjusted EBITDA rose 18.8% to RMB1.35 billion.
