Hello Group Q3 2025: revenue slips 0.9% to RMB2.65B as overseas growth offsets mainland softness
Hello Group (MOMO) reported Q3 2025 net revenues of RMB2,650.1 million (US$372.3 million), down 0.9% year over year, as weak consumer sentiment and broadcaster-agency disruptions weighed on the legacy Momo and Tantan apps in China. Overseas revenue surged 69.0% to RMB534.8 million, driven by audio- and video-based social entertainment brands in the MENA region. Net income attributable to Hello Group fell to RMB348.9 million from RMB449.4 million, while non-GAAP net income was RMB404.5 million. Diluted GAAP EPS was RMB1.03 per ordinary share (RMB2.06 per ADS) versus RMB1.23 a year ago; non-GAAP diluted EPS was RMB1.19 per ordinary share. Income from operations declined to RMB344.5 million. Momo paying users fell to 3.7 million from 6.9 million, while Tantan had 0.7 million paying users. The company guided Q4 revenue of RMB2.52–2.62 billion and noted RMB341.6 million of ADS repurchases under its buyback program.

- Q4 2025 revenue guidance of RMB2.52–2.62B implies -4.4% to -0.6% YoY; company has repurchased 54.7M ADSs for $341.6M at $6.23 average
