LexinFintech Q4 2025: RMB3.0B revenue, RMB214M net income amid regulatory transition
LexinFintech reported Q4 2025 operating revenue of RMB3,043 million, down 16.8% year over year, as proactive risk management and pricing adjustments under China's new regulatory framework weighed on the bottom line. Net income attributable to ordinary shareholders was RMB214 million, down 41.0% from Q4 2024, while adjusted net income was RMB239 million. For full year 2025, operating revenue fell 7.4% to RMB13,152 million, but net income rose 52.4% to RMB1,677 million helped by fair-value gains on guarantee obligations and lower provisioning. The board approved a semi-annual dividend of US$0.188 per ADS (30% of H2 2025 net income) and the company has repurchased US$39 million of ADSs under its buyback program.
