Afya Limited reported first-quarter 2025 net revenue of R$936.4 million, up 16.4% year over year, with organic revenue growth of 10.9% excluding acquisitions. Adjusted EBITDA rose 23.7% to R$492.0 million, producing a record adjusted EBITDA margin of 52.5%, up 300 basis points. Net income increased 23.4% to R$257.0 million and adjusted net income grew 17.1% to R$293.9 million; adjusted EPS was R$3.20. The company generated R$470.2 million in operating cash flow with a 96.8% cash conversion ratio and held R$1.15 billion in cash. Management reaffirmed 2025 guidance for net revenue of R$3.67–3.77 billion and adjusted EBITDA of R$1.62–1.72 billion, and closed the FUNIC acquisition adding 60 medical seats near Belo Horizonte.
