Alcon reported Q3 2025 results for the period ended September 30, 2025, with net sales of $2.59 billion, up 6% reported and 5% constant currency versus Q3 2024. Surgical net sales increased 6% to $1.42 billion, led by 13% equipment/other growth on Unity VCS and recent launches, while Vision Care net sales rose 7% to $1.17 billion on contact lens and ocular health strength. Operating income was flat at $332 million as incremental tariffs, launch investments and higher R&D offset manufacturing efficiencies. Net income was $237 million and diluted EPS was $0.48 versus $0.53 a year ago on higher tax expense; core diluted EPS was $0.79. The company maintained full-year 2025 guidance of $10.3–10.4 billion in net sales and core diluted EPS of $3.05–3.15.
