Controladora Vuela (Volaris) reported Q2 2025 total operating revenue of $693 million, down 4.5% year over year, as average base fares fell 23% and TRASM declined 12% to 7.80 cents despite 6.3% growth in booked passengers. Total operating expenses rose 8.3% to $715 million, producing an operating loss of $22 million and a net loss of $63 million versus a $10 million profit prior year. EBITDAR was $194 million (-26%) with margin of 27.9%; load factor fell 3.1 points to 82.4%.
