POSCO Holdings reported provisional Q1 2026 consolidated results on April 30, 2026, with revenue of KRW 17.876 trillion, up 2.5% from KRW 17.437 trillion a year earlier and up 6.1% quarter-over-quarter. Operating profit rose 24.3% year-over-year to KRW 707 billion (4.0% margin) and net profit attributable to controlling interest jumped 54.6% to KRW 467 billion; EPS was KRW 8,680. EBITDA was KRW 1.762 trillion. Steel revenue was KRW 14.964 trillion with operating profit KRW 345 billion, while rechargeable battery materials revenue reached KRW 979 billion and infrastructure KRW 13.859 trillion. Management signed a 50:50 JV with JSW for a 6 Mtpa integrated steel mill in India, advanced HYREX low-carbon steelmaking, and introduced a new 2026–2028 shareholder return policy targeting 35–40% of adjusted net profit.
