Pampa Energía S.A. filed unaudited consolidated condensed interim financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (figures in millions of Argentine pesos). Second-quarter revenue was ARS 570,169 million, up 27.7% from ARS 446,412 million a year earlier, with gross profit of ARS 170,472 million. Operating income surged to ARS 269,891 million from ARS 108,677 million, aided by ARS 91,347 million of associate and joint-venture profits and ARS 65,395 million of net financial results. Profit for the period was ARS 220,161 million versus ARS 89,141 million in Q2 2024, with basic and diluted EPS of ARS 43.15 versus ARS 66.22 prior year on a per-share basis in filing units. Six-month revenue reached ARS 1,008,884 million with profit of ARS 312,937 million.
