Noah FY2025 net income rises 18% to RMB559M as overseas revenue nears half of net revenue
Noah Holdings reported unaudited consolidated results for the year ended December 31, 2025 under U.S. GAAP. Net revenues were RMB2,610.2 million, up 0.4% from 2024, while net income attributable to shareholders increased 17.5% to RMB558.9 million and non-GAAP net income rose 11.2% to RMB611.9 million, helped by cost control on compensation and lower fair-value losses on affiliate investments, partly offset by contingent litigation expenses related to the Camsing incident. Income from operations grew 22.5% to RMB776.7 million. Overseas net revenue reached 49.0% of the total as transaction value of overseas products distributed rose 8.1% to RMB33.7 billion. The company ended 2025 with RMB4.36 billion in cash and cash equivalents and proposed a final dividend of RMB0.933 per share plus a special dividend.
