MAG Silver Q1 2025: record $28.7M net income on Juanicipio equity earnings

MAG Silver reported record first quarter 2025 net income of $28.7 million ($0.28 per share) and adjusted EBITDA of $55.8 million, driven by $33.9 million of equity-accounted income from its 44% stake in the Juanicipio silver-gold mine in Mexico. Juanicipio processed 337,017 tonnes at a silver head grade of 430 g/t and achieved record 96% silver recovery, producing 4.5 million silver ounces (6.5 million equivalent ounces). On a 100% basis Juanicipio generated sales of $175.2 million and net income of $76.9 million. MAG declared its second dividend of $0.20 per share ($0.02 fixed plus $0.18 cash-flow-linked component) payable May 28, 2025, after its inaugural April dividend. In April Juanicipio returned $61.5 million to MAG, fully repaying all loan balances.
