Enel Chile Q1 2026: $1.2B revenue, EBITDA up 16% to $423M despite 7% net income decline
Enel Chile reported consolidated results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, with operating revenues rising 8.7% year over year to $1.20 billion. EBITDA increased 15.8% to $423 million on stronger generation margins, while net income attributable to shareholders fell 7.0% to $162 million as financial expenses widened to $78 million from $26 million a year earlier. Generation EBITDA jumped 22% to $386 million on higher other operating revenue including a gas optimization transaction, while Distribution & Networks EBITDA declined 18% to $41 million on higher energy losses and lower insurance indemnity income.
