Endava reported Q3 fiscal 2025 results on May 14, 2025 for the three months ended March 31, 2025. Revenue increased 11.7% to £194.8 million, or 12.4% at constant currency, despite a challenging macro environment where clients are slow to sign larger contracts. Profit for the period was £10.9 million with diluted EPS of £0.18, compared to a loss of £(0.03) per share a year ago. Adjusted profit before tax rose to £24.6 million (12.6% of revenue) and adjusted diluted EPS was £0.34 versus £0.22. Adjusted free cash flow was £17.5 million and headcount totaled 11,365. The board authorized an additional £50 million share repurchase.
