Brightstar Lottery PLC reported Q1 2026 results for the three months ended March 31, 2026, reflecting its transition to a pure-play global lottery company following the July 2025 sale of IGT Gaming. Total revenue was $587 million, up modestly from $583 million a year ago, with service revenue of $558 million and product sales of $29 million.
