Trip.com Group reported third-quarter 2025 net revenue of RMB18.3 billion (US$2.6 billion), up 16% year over year, driven by strong cross-border travel demand. Accommodation revenue rose 18% to RMB8.0 billion, transportation ticketing grew 12% to RMB6.3 billion, packaged tours increased 3% to RMB1.6 billion, and corporate travel rose 15% to RMB756 million. Adjusted EBITDA was RMB6.3 billion (US$892 million), up from RMB5.7 billion in Q3 2024. Reported net income attributable to shareholders was RMB19.9 billion, primarily reflecting a partial disposal of certain investments and related tax effects; non-GAAP net income was RMB19.2 billion and non-GAAP diluted EPS was RMB27.56 (US$3.87). International OTA bookings grew ~60% YoY and inbound travel bookings surged over 100%.
