Melco Resorts & Entertainment reported unaudited first-quarter 2026 results on April 30, 2026, with total operating revenues of $1.37 billion, up about 11% from $1.23 billion a year earlier on stronger mass-market operations. Operating income rose to $179.0 million from $144.9 million, Adjusted Property EBITDA grew 12% to $381.0 million, and net income attributable to Melco was $76.8 million, or $0.20 per ADS, versus $32.5 million, or $0.08 per ADS, in Q1 2025. Macau Property EBITDA increased 12% to $334 million with margin near 28%, led by City of Dreams ($214.4 million Adjusted EBITDA) and Studio City ($111.7 million). City of Dreams Manila Property EBITDA rose 24% to $37.4 million, while Cyprus operations were hurt by Middle East conflict impacts on tourism. Cash and bank balances totaled $1.07 billion with about $2.0 billion of available liquidity.
