Globus Maritime Limited reported Q2 2025 revenue of $9.5 million, essentially flat versus $9.5 million in Q2 2024, while net loss was $1.9 million ($0.09 per share) compared with net income of $3.3 million ($0.16 per share) a year ago. Daily time charter equivalent (TCE) fell 22% to $11,444 per day from $14,578 as bulk market conditions softened, partially offset by a larger average fleet of 9.0 vessels versus 7.0. Adjusted EBITDA was $3.2 million versus $4.0 million in Q2 2024. For H1 2025, revenue was $18.2 million (+5% YoY) on a 9.4-vessel average fleet, but net loss totaled $3.4 million as weaker H1 rates weighed. Management noted improving spot rates late in the quarter and expects delivery of two Ultramax newbuilds in H2 2026.
